High Pressure Suspension Mill Grinding Machine is mainly applied to the non-flammable superfine powder processing of materials  with less than 8% moisture and Mohs hardness of 6 or less such as kaolin,limestone,calcite,marble, barite, gypsum, iron oxide, iron oxide green, aluminum hydroxide, pigment, clay, coal, activated carbon. 

In the mainframe of the High Pressure Suspension Mill, there are strong springs with weight of 1000-1500 kg equipped on the roller suspender. When the Mill works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and clings to rings under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. When the materials are sent into the grinding chamber, they are brought to the space between the rollers and rings and get grinded. Then the powder will be blown into the separator. The fine powder after departed by the air is discharged through the outlet as final products. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back to the blower for repeting the above process. The remaining air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the spring to keep the invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness.
